Not only are VOSIEDA’s people governed by a strict code of conduct, but we’re also driven by our guiding principles every day and in everything we do. This includes treating each other with respect and taking responsibility for our actions.

This is especially crucial for VOSIEDA because it operates in one of the world’s most challenging environments with vulnerable communities. Therefore, we have zero tolerance for misconduct and abuse, and we all acknowledge our responsibility to report inappropriate behavior if we witness it.

To ensure that we are all held accountable, our Whistleblowing Hotline facilitates the reporting of any possible illegal, unethical or improper conduct. It is available for use by our own employees, as well as partners, community members, contractors, suppliers, and anyone else who interacts with us.

Please use this hotline to report incidents of corruption, fraud, human trafficking, slavery, child abuse, terrorist funding, and any other violations related to VOSIEDA and our personnel.
